Order Cancellation & Return Policy – iPlanet

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Refund:

• If the order is cancelled without any issue from Our (iPlanet) end (such as stock unavailability or delay), a 2% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway and processing fees.
• If the cancellation is due to any issue from our side (e.g., product out of stock, delay in dispatch), a full refund will be provided.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

2. iPlanet-Initiated Cancellations & Refund:

iPlanet reserves the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of placement under the following circumstances:

• Pricing discrepancies or technical errors
• Stock mismatch or unavailability
• Any unforeseen operational or system-related issue

In such cases, the customer will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

All refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
