  • An exchange request is allowed only on the same day of purchase and only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

    Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions (iPlanet.One)

    1. First Come, First Served
    All pre-bookings will be accepted strictly on a first come, first served basis.

    2. Booking Amount
    A booking amount of ₹2,000 is required to confirm the pre-booking.
    This amount will be adjusted in the final invoice at the time of billing.

    3. Model & Variant Availability
    Allocation of specific models, colors, and storage variants is subject to company allocation and availability. Immediate confirmation cannot be guaranteed.

    4. NPI (New Product Introduction) Models
    There is currently no confirmed delivery timeline for NPI models.
    Delivery depends entirely on product allocation and stock availability.

    5. Delivery Timeline
    Estimated delivery dates are subject to brand dispatch and stock supply.
    iPlanet.One will not be responsible for delays caused by allocation or logistics issues.

    6. Pricing & Launch Offers
    Final billing will be as per the official launch price on the date of invoicing.
    Bank offers, exchange bonuses, or promotional schemes are subject to availability and company terms.

    7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and refund of the booking amount will be as per company policy.
    If the order is not fulfilled within 20 days from the date of booking, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
    The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.

    Anniversary Lucky Winner Offer – Terms & Conditions

    1. The Anniversary Lucky Winner Campaign is organized by iPlanet.one.
    2. The campaign is valid from 8th May to 22nd May.
    3. A total of 30 lucky winners will be selected during the campaign period, with 2 winners selected every day.
    4. Winners will receive random promotional offers via WhatsApp message on their registered mobile number.
    5. Offers are non-transferable and can only be used by the selected winner.
    6. Each offer is valid only within the mentioned validity period and expiry date shared with the winner.
    7. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
    8. iPlanet.one reserves the right to modify, replace, extend, or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
    9. Discounts are applicable only on eligible products/categories as mentioned in the respective offer.
    10. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized sharing of offers may result in cancellation of the offer.
    11. In case of any dispute, the final decision of iPlanet.one shall be final and binding. 

       

    Retail / Offline store - Terms & Conditions

    General Terms & Conditions

    1. These Gift Vouchers are issued as part of the iPlanet 15th Anniversary Carnival Campaign.
    2. Gift Vouchers are valid only at participating iPlanet stores and on eligible products.
    3. Voucher validity, redemption period, and eligible products will be mentioned on the respective voucher.
    4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
    5. Only one voucher can be redeemed per bill unless otherwise specified.
    6. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
    7. Lost, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or revalidated.
    8. Vouchers are applicable only on new purchases and cannot be used for previous transactions.
    9. Voucher benefits cannot be combined with any other offer, cashback, exchange bonus, employee purchase program, corporate offer, or special pricing unless specifically mentioned.
    10. Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
    11. Redemption of vouchers is subject to stock availability.
    12. iPlanet reserves the right to verify customer identity and transaction details before voucher redemption.
    13. Any misuse, duplication, tampering, or fraudulent activity related to the voucher will result in immediate cancellation.
    14. iPlanet reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify the voucher offer and terms at any time without prior notice.
    15. In case of any dispute, the decision of iPlanet management shall be final and binding.
    16. By participating in the campaign or using the voucher, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

    Product-Specific Voucher Terms

    1. iPhone Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select eligible iPhone models.
    2. Flat ₹5,000 offer includes up to ₹3,000 cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher value and cashback eligibility may vary depending on the model purchased.
    4. Not applicable on accessories, AppleCare+, or service transactions.
    5. Exchange and upgrade programs will be governed by separate terms and conditions.
    6. Voucher cannot be clubbed with select bank cashback offers unless explicitly communicated.

     

    2. MacBook Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on eligible MacBook models.
    2. Offer includes cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher is valid only during the campaign period.
    4. Educational pricing and institutional pricing are excluded unless otherwise stated.
    5. Voucher cannot be redeemed partially across multiple transactions.

     

    3. iPad Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select iPad models.
    2. Offer includes cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher redemption is subject to product availability.
    4. Accessories purchased separately are excluded from voucher eligibility.

     

    4. Apple Watch Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select Apple Watch models.
    2. Voucher cannot be redeemed against accessories or straps.
    3. Offer valid only during the campaign period.

     

    5. AirPods / Accessories Voucher

    1. Applicable only on eligible AirPods and accessory products.
    2. Voucher cannot be redeemed against service or repair charges.
    3. No partial redemption or balance carry forward is allowed.

     

    Lucky Draw / Prize Voucher Terms

    1. Winners will be selected through a computerized random selection process.
    2. Winners may be required to produce valid ID proof, invoice copy, and registered mobile number for verification.
    3. Gifts shown in promotional creatives are for representation purposes only. Actual product model, brand, or color may vary.
    4. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
    5. iPlanet reserves the right to substitute gifts of equivalent value if required.
    6. Winner announcements may be published on iPlanet’s official website and social media platforms.
    7. Customers participating in the campaign agree to allow iPlanet to use their name, image, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
    8. Any tax liabilities arising from prize winnings shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
