  • All iPlanet products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • An exchange request is allowed only on the same day of purchase and only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • For incorrect items, the exchange will be processed only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

    Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions (iPlanet.One)

    1. First Come, First Served
    All pre-bookings will be accepted strictly on a first come, first served basis.

    2. Booking Amount
    A booking amount of ₹2,000 is required to confirm the pre-booking.
    This amount will be adjusted in the final invoice at the time of billing.

    3. Model & Variant Availability
    Allocation of specific models, colors, and storage variants is subject to company allocation and availability. Immediate confirmation cannot be guaranteed.

    4. NPI (New Product Introduction) Models
    There is currently no confirmed delivery timeline for NPI models.
    Delivery depends entirely on product allocation and stock availability.

    5. Delivery Timeline
    Estimated delivery dates are subject to brand dispatch and stock supply.
    iPlanet.One will not be responsible for delays caused by allocation or logistics issues.

    6. Pricing & Launch Offers
    Final billing will be as per the official launch price on the date of invoicing.
    Bank offers, exchange bonuses, or promotional schemes are subject to availability and company terms.

    7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and refund of the booking amount will be as per company policy.
    If the order is not fulfilled within 20 days from the date of booking, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
    The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment


    Product-Specific Voucher Terms

    1. iPhone Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select eligible iPhone models.
    2. Flat ₹5,000 offer includes up to ₹3,000 cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher value and cashback eligibility may vary depending on the model purchased.
    4. Not applicable on accessories, AppleCare+, or service transactions.
    5. Exchange and upgrade programs will be governed by separate terms and conditions.
    6. Voucher cannot be clubbed with select bank cashback offers unless explicitly communicated.

     

    2. MacBook Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on eligible MacBook models.
    2. Offer includes cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher is valid only during the campaign period.
    4. Educational pricing and institutional pricing are excluded unless otherwise stated.
    5. Voucher cannot be redeemed partially across multiple transactions.

     

    3. iPad Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select iPad models.
    2. Offer includes cashback on select credit cards.
    3. Voucher redemption is subject to product availability.
    4. Accessories purchased separately are excluded from voucher eligibility.

     

    4. Apple Watch Gift Voucher

    1. Applicable only on select Apple Watch models.
    2. Voucher cannot be redeemed against accessories or straps.
    3. Offer valid only during the campaign period.

     

    5. AirPods / Accessories Voucher

    1. Applicable only on eligible AirPods and accessory products.
    2. Voucher cannot be redeemed against service or repair charges.
    3. No partial redemption or balance carry forward is allowed.

     

    Lucky Draw / Prize Voucher Terms

    1. Winners will be selected through a computerized random selection process.
    2. Winners may be required to produce valid ID proof, invoice copy, and registered mobile number for verification.
    3. Gifts shown in promotional creatives are for representation purposes only. Actual product model, brand, or color may vary.
    4. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
    5. iPlanet reserves the right to substitute gifts of equivalent value if required.
    6. Winner announcements may be published on iPlanet’s official website and social media platforms.
    7. Customers participating in the campaign agree to allow iPlanet to use their name, image, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
    8. Any tax liabilities arising from prize winnings shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

    iPhone 18 Pro & iPhone 18 Pro Max – Essential Accessories Benefit

    Terms & Conditions

    Offer Eligibility:- This offer is applicable to customers purchasing an iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max from iPlanet offline stores during the offer period. 

    Essential Accessories Benefit:- Eligible customers will receive the following Essential Accessories at no additional cost, subject to the purchase of the eligible iPhone along with AppleCare+ and EasyUpgrade (EUP), as applicable to the offer:

    Offer Value:- The total promotional benefit is communicated as Essential Accessories worth up to ₹50,000. The accessory combination is subject to the products specified by iPlanet and their availability at the participating store. 

    Eligible Products:- The offer is applicable only on the purchase of:

    1. iPhone 18 Pro
    2. iPhone 18 Pro Max 

    The offer is not applicable to any other iPhone models unless specifically announced by iPlanet.

    AppleCare+ and EasyUpgrade Requirement:- The Essential Accessories benefit is applicable only when the eligible iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max is purchased along with the required AppleCare+ and EasyUpgrade (EUP), as specified under the campaign. 

    Offline Store Offer:- This offer is applicable only at participating iPlanet offline stores. The offer is not applicable to online purchases or transactions made through any other sales channel unless specifically communicated by iPlanet. 

    Accessory Allocation:- The accessory bundle will be provided as determined by iPlanet. Customers cannot select individual accessories or request a different combination in place of the specified promotional bundle. 

    Substitution of Accessories:- In case any of the specified accessories are unavailable, iPlanet reserves the right to substitute the same with an alternative accessory of equal or comparable value, subject to availability. 

    No Cash Alternative:- The Essential Accessories benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refund or any other monetary benefit. 

    No Partial Redemption:- The accessory benefit cannot be partially redeemed, carried forward or converted into a discount against the purchase of another product. 

    One Benefit per Eligible Transaction:- The Essential Accessories benefit is applicable to the eligible iPhone purchase as per the campaign offer and cannot be duplicated or claimed separately against the same transaction. 

    Stock Availability:- The offer and promotional accessories are subject to availability at participating iPlanet stores. Limited stocks may apply. Availability of specific accessory brands, models, colours and variants may vary from store to store. 

    Offer Period:- The offer is applicable from 18 September 2026, or for such period as may be communicated by iPlanet, subject to stock availability and applicable eligibility criteria. 

    Bank Offers:- Any bank offer, instant cashback, EMI benefit or other payment-related promotion available on the purchase of the eligible iPhone will be subject to the respective bank/payment partner's terms and eligibility criteria. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and may not be clubbed with this offer unless specifically stated. 

    Offer Clubbing:- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer, coupon, voucher or discount unless specifically permitted or communicated by iPlanet. 

    Cancellation / Return:- In case of cancellation, return or reversal of the eligible iPhone transaction, the customer may be required to return the promotional accessories provided under this offer, subject to iPlanet's applicable return and cancellation policy. 

    Product Images:- Images of the iPhone and accessories shown in promotional communication are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products, brands, models, colours and specifications may vary depending on availability. 

    Offer Modification / Withdrawal:- iPlanet reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or withdraw the offer, or modify the promotional accessory bundle, at its discretion and subject to applicable laws. 

    Fraudulent / Misuse Transactions:- iPlanet reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction or benefit where fraudulent activity, misuse of the offer, duplicate claims or violation of these Terms & Conditions is identified. 

    Manufacturer Warranty:- Warranty or service-related claims for the promotional accessories, wherever applicable, will be governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty and service policies. 

    Final Decision:- In case of any dispute concerning eligibility, accessory allocation or fulfilment of the offer, the decision of Consolidated Private Limited (iPlanet) shall be final, subject to applicable law. 

    Acceptance of Terms:- Participation in the offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with iPlanet's general Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms of AppleCare+, EasyUpgrade and participating payment/banking partners, wherever applicable.
