1. General Offer Details

1.1. This offer applies solely to eligible purchases of MacBook Air from iPlanet via the Small Business (SMB) Program.

1.2. Program benefits include:

• Free one (1) year subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Basic (excluding Teams).
  
• Free Zoho promotional credits valued at ₹15,000.
  
• Additional 2% discount on the invoice value.
  
• “Try & Buy” option for fourteen (14) days.
  

1.3. The indicative ownership cost of ₹2,875/year is calculated after consideration of applicable cashback, exchange bonus, and depreciation.

1.4. The exchange bonus of ₹10,000 applies only to qualifying trade-in devices with a minimum resale value of ₹13,000.

1.5. Final pricing may vary depending on customer eligibility and transaction-specific terms.

 

2. Zoho Promotional Credits – ₹15,000

2.1. Eligible customers shall receive Zoho credits worth ₹15,000, which may be redeemed for Zoho services.

2.2. Credits will be issued to the registered email address within fifteen (15) days of purchase.

2.3. A valid and active email address at the time of invoicing is required for credits to be applied.

2.4. Credits will be directly associated with the customer’s Zoho account by Zoho.

2.5. Customers shall receive an automatic notification email once credits are applied.

 

3. Microsoft 365 Business Basic – 1-Year Subscription

3.1. A one (1) year Microsoft 365 Business Basic license (excluding Teams) will be provided to eligible customers purchasing three (3) to ten (10) MacBook Air units.

3.2. The license key will be delivered via the registered email address within fifteen (15) days of purchase.

3.3. The registered email address must be accurate and valid for the license to be issued.

 

4. Additional 2% Discount

4.1. Eligible SMB customers purchasing three (3) to ten (10) MacBook Air units will receive an additional 2% discount on the invoice value.

4.2. This discount is applied at billing as part of the SMB Program benefits.

 

5. Try & Buy Option

5.1. The “Try & Buy” option allows customers a fourteen (14) day trial period from the purchase date.

5.2. Cashback, exchange bonus, and 9-month No Cost EMI promotions are not applicable with the “Try & Buy” option.

5.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

5.4. Return conditions and eligibility will be provided in the Try & Buy Agreement at the time of purchase.

5.5. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Consolidated Private Limited.

 

6. Cashback and Exchange Bonus

6.1. Cashback of up to ₹10,000 is available for eligible transactions made with ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, and SBI credit cards.

6.2. Exchange bonus of up to ₹10,000 is applicable for trade-in devices with a minimum resale value of ₹13,000.

6.3. Cashback and exchange offers apply only to qualifying devices and eligible purchases.

 

7. No Cost EMI – 9 Months (NCE)

7.1. The 9-month No Cost EMI offer is applicable only on eligible credit cards from ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, and SBI Card.

7.2. No Cost EMI is available for purchases of one (1) to five (5) MacBook Air units under the SMB Program.

7.3. The No Cost EMI offer cannot be combined with the Try & Buy option.

7.4. Bank EMI approval and eligibility are subject to the card issuer’s policies. Consolidated Private Limited is not responsible for EMI rejection by the bank.

 

8. Offer Combinations

8.1. No two offers may be clubbed in a single purchase.
